CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Ron Ruffin serves as AWR’s Chief Executive Officer. With over 20 years of experience leading large scale technology programs, Ron has been honored to lend his skills supporting information technology efforts at some of the federal government’s finest organizations such as NSA, DoD, HHS, and DOE. He has also led cybersecurity initiatives at top commercial firms such as Capital One and Booz Allen Hamilton where his efforts have supported the allocation of over $17 billion dollars in total annual budgets. As a former U.S. Army non-commissioned officer, an intelligence community professional, and a graduate of the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business, Ron has spent his career honing the skills necessary to realize strategic goals, to serve the AWR workforce, and to attain excellence at meeting customer needs.

Will Epps, Chief Operating Officer of AWR Fed Solutions LLC, brings nearly two decades of law enforcement experience as a Criminal Investigator within the Department of Defense, providing a distinctive edge in federal contracting. His expertise in covert operations, investigations, and legal procedures has honed his critical thinking and problem-solving skills, which he now applies to drive operational excellence at AWR Fed Solutions. With an MBA from Georgetown University and a Bachelor's in Government Contracting & Acquisition from American Military University, Will’s educational background enhances his strategic business acumen. He oversees the company’s operations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and fostering innovation and efficiency. Under his leadership, AWR Fed Solutions is recognized for delivering innovative, effective, and compliant solutions that exceed client expectations in the federal contracting space.
